How do I place a specific order?

Gaia is here to help you bring any piece to life! If you have some specifications you would like to make known please be sure to add any information onto your estimate request. To receive a free estimate you MUST provide the following Valid Name Valid Phone number Valid Email address Specifications of design wanted or targeted Photos of area to be designed Click on the "Estimate" tab located on top of the web page!
Do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver up to 30 miles from the Palm Springs, CA region. Anything further we will have to ship unless negotiated otherwise.
Are all your products artificial?

No, Gaia products specializes on both artificial and live plants of all kinds!
What is the turn around time?

If your placed a special order our turnaround time depends on your order size. The date of completion agreed will be listed on final Estimate. If you are ordering from our products listed on our webpage, turn around time is 2-3 Business days from the day you place your order. (this does not include the time it takes to ship from UPS, USPS, FEDEX, etc.
